Why buy a matte lipstick when you can just wear lip liner?

Instead of splashing the cash on a matt lipstick buy a lip liner, it is much more versatile, long-lasting and sometimes has a smoother texture. In addition you can apply lipstick and gloss over the lip liner and it wont smudge or budge. In my opinion a life saver!


RULE: Make sure you fill in your whole lip! We are in the 20th century!
